I think this one is the real deal. The high flying terms have had the bottom knocked out on this one. Despite the search results being nixed to a more realistic competitive evaluation, there is a lot of low hanging fruit to choose from as far as keywords.

If I were you or anyone interested in targeting a high traffic term, now is the time when the market is ripe. Building links for 20,000 competing pages vs. 2,000,000 is a great boon any day.
