You should think about using modifiers before and after your keywords in great diversity first. I look to using LSI to look for other opportunities after I feel I have hit the &quot;natural&quot; ceiling for most keywords. Phrase rank is based on this type of grouping anyway, so you are getting credit across the board, but for ranking (in our experience) it is better to start with 3 keywords, then go to 2, then after you hit the top 20, then start building each respective keyword &quot;one word at a time&quot; to increase the allinanchor relevance.</description>
