"Keep Only What is Required to Fulfill the Needs of the User"

In a scramble to add content to websites I think most myself included have overdone it. Similar to most things quality is more important then quantity. This piece has made me take a step back and ask myself. Do I need to spend more on advertising / traffic or do I need to spend more time increasing the user experience for the members / visitors I have now? It's possible to be advertising at some of the best locations but if your sales interface (site) isn't attractive / enticing / easy to use it doesn't matter how many people you send through the door.

Thanks for another great post.
