Is MSN Live the New Google

Hopefully I am not speaking out of turn here, but in all summation MSN Live has dropped a trump card on the world of search engine optimization with their new MSN live search engine. Not only is the interface nothing less than efficient, stylish and relevant. It now in my opinion rivals Google in terms of quality and the rate in which it spiders content.

Obviously not all webmasters are as elated, bearing on the fact of how their website(s) were received in the rankings. It appears as though as if out of the gate MSN has recreated itself from the ground up, like a phoenix rises from the ashes, but how well it is received from online users remains to be seen. As the default search engine in IE browsers, MSN is still the most used browser for business, so this is great for companies operating in corporate sectors, but what about everyone else?

With search engine optimization companies pushing the envelope, those who build links using diverse IP addresses with websites with authority have a distinct advantage to websites using strictly on page optimization. Google has recently updated their algorithm to discount links occurring from the same IP address. This update known to minimize what they call Google Bombing or “gaming links” another formula that seems to be taken in consideration and managed from the new MSN Live Search.

Not to blow their horn, it’s nice when something of this magnitude occurs since, search engine optimization is dependent on search engines, an upgrade that embraces new sites and content online in such a capacity that rivals Google and Yahoo is a noteworthy event.
